Jordan: A Land’s Story from North to South
Expression of Interest - Invitation to celebrities and artists
Would you like to discover Jordan through an artist’s eyes and explore what it offers filmmakers and audiovisual production professionals? The Global Federation of Investors, GFI, through its office in Amman, Jordan, invites artists, actors, directors, producers and film content creators, with special focus on Arab countries and Australia, to express their interest in participating in the International Film Tourism Conference, which is expected to take place in February 2027.
The event aims to showcase Jordan as a destination for film production, facilitate connections between celebrities and creative professionals and their Jordanian and Australian counterparts, and highlight the diversity of Jordan’s filming locations, heritage, culture and local communities.
What Does the Conference Programme Include?
The programme combines a professional conference day in Amman dedicated to discussions on filming and production in Jordan, networking and collaboration opportunities with industry professionals, and familiarisation visits to selected locations, from Umm Qais in the far north of the Kingdom to Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.
The activities will also include the production of visual content documenting participants’ experiences and an exhibition, Creativity of Jordanian Women, showcasing handicrafts, embroidery and heritage products made by women across Jordan’s governorates. The proposed duration of the conference and field visits is four days, excluding the arrival and departure days.
Who Is Invited to Apply?
We welcome expressions of interest from artists, actors, directors, producers, cinematographers, filmmakers and film content creators who wish to explore Jordan, exchange expertise and develop opportunities for collaboration. Participant selection will consider diversity of experience and countries represented, as well as willingness to contribute to the professional and promotional programme.
The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is 31 December 2026.
Please note that this is a call for expressions of interest. Submitting an expression of interest does not confirm participation. Travel and accommodation arrangements, including coverage of travel and accommodation costs, will be specified in the official invitation sent to each participant.

إبداء اهتمام
الأردن حكاية أرض من الشمال إلى الجنوب
هل ترغب في اكتشاف الأردن بعين الفنان، واستكشاف ما يقدمه لصناع السينما والإنتاج المرئي؟ تدعو الهيئة العالمية للمستثمرين، من خلال مكتبها في عمان - الأردن، الفنانين والممثلين والمخرجين والمنتجين وصناع المحتوى السينمائي (خاصة من الدول العربية وأستراليا) إلى إبداء اهتمامهم بالمشاركة في المؤتمر السياحي السينمائي الدولي – الذي يتوقع انعقاده في شهر شباط 2027.
تهدف هذا الفعالية إلى التعريف بالأردن بوصفه وجهة للإنتاج السينمائي، وإتاحة لقاءات بين المشاهير والمبدعين ونظرائهم الأردنيين والاستراليين، وتسليط الضوء على تنوع مواقع التصوير والتراث والثقافة والمجتمعات المحلية.
ماذا يتضمن برنامج المؤتمر
يجمع البرنامج بين يوم مهني في عمان للحوار حول التصوير والإنتاج في الأردن، ولقاءات للتعارف والتعاون مع عاملين في القطاع، وجولات تعريفية في مواقع مختارة من أم قيس في أقصى شمال المملكة إلى البتراء ووادي رم والبحر الميت.
وتترافق الفعاليات مع إنتاج محتوى مرئي يوثق تجربة المشاركين، ومعرض (إبداعات المرأة الأردنية) للتعريف بالحرف والمطرزات والمنتجات التراثية التي تصنعها النساء في المحافظات. المدة المقترحة للمؤتمر والجولات الميدانية هي أربعة أيام – عدا يوم الوصول ويوم المغادرة.
لمن نوجه هذه الدعوة
نرحب بطلبات الفنانين والممثلين والمخرجين والمنتجين ومديري التصوير وصناع الأفلام والمحتوى السينمائي، ممن يرغبون في استكشاف الأردن وتبادل الخبرات وبناء فرص تعاون. وسيراعى في اختيار المشاركين تنوع الخبرات والبلدان، والرغبة في الإسهام في البرنامج المهني والترويجي.
آخر موعد لتلقي طلبات التعبير عن الاهتمام هو 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2026.
كما نؤكد أن هذه دعوة لإبداء الاهتمام؛ وان إرسال طلب التعبير عن الاهتمام لا يعني تأكيد المشاركة. وستحدد ترتيبات السفر والإقامة وتغطية تكاليف السفر والاقامة في الدعوة الرسمية التي سترسل لكل مشارك.
